I love the texture of rice cakes in my mouth

What does it feel like to have your curiosity being pulled into 30 interests at once? To long for structure but also resist it? When starting a task feels like climbing a mountain? To get stuck in a thought loop about how you're overthinking your thoughts? And when searching for flow and calm becomes a perfectionist goal in itself?

The past months I’ve been exploring how to experience more flow, both personally and artistically. This was instigated by my discovery that I am neurodivergent. I've been unpacking the coping strategies I unconsciously developed over a lifetime to fit into a world not built for my brain. It’s been a process of reflecting on my relationship with productivity, embracing my authenticity and being more present in my body and in the world.

I’ve documented this process through journaling and making drawings that capture sensory details and map inner states of tension.…
